This event marks the 10th Anniversary and a milestone year for the International Thai Women in Europe(ITWE). On this special occasion, participants will gather to pay tribute and express their deepest gratitude to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, who has passed away.

Friday, September 11, 2026

• 16:30 – 21:00: The host welcomes Thai delegates from 17 European countries.

• 16:30: Meet at the Lobby of the Vienna Marriott Hotel.

• Evening: A guided walking tour to enjoy the scenic views of Vienna at sunset, followed by dinner at a traditional Austrian Pork Knuckle restaurant (itinerary subject to weather conditions).

Saturday, September 12, 2026
Dress Code: Formal Black Suit (trousers or skirt) with a black shirt. (A special year of mourning in honor of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother).

• 08:30 – 09:20: Seminar Registration.

• 09:20 – 09:40: Opening Ceremony

  • National Anthems of Thailand and Austria.

  • Welcoming performances by the Thai-Austrian community.

  • Memorial tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, including a short video presentation of her Royal duties.

• 09:40 – 09:50: Welcome speech by Ms. Chollada Holzmann, President of the Thai Women’s Association in Austria.

• 09:50 – 09:55: Opening remarks by the Thai Ambassador to Vienna.

• 09:55 – 10:00: History and milestones of the International Thai Women’s Group (Europe) via video presentation.

• 10:05 – 10:20: "Life Style in Austria": A presentation on Austrian art, music, and culture by the association, or a welcoming classical music performance.

• 10:20 – 11:00: "Thai Silk Heritage": Exploring the 8 styles of Thai Royal Dress and presenting Thai identity with international elegance (Presented by Ms. Arphorn Araya).

• 11:00 – 11:10: Coffee Break.

• 11:10 – 12:20: "Ancient Wisdom & Wellness": In-depth session on self-care, nutrition, and balancing life through "Functional Food" (Food as Medicine).

• 12:20 – 14:00: Buffet Lunch at the Marriott Hotel.

• 14:00 – 14:40: "Civilization of the Home": Discussing domestic stability, legal rights of Thai women in Europe, and cultural integration with foreign partners to build a warm and safe home.

• 14:40 – 15:20: Strengthening ties between European nations: Interviews with community leaders.

• 15:20 – 15:35: Coffee Break.

• 15:35 – 16:00: Selection of the host country for the 2027 Seminar and closing of the session.

• 18:30 – 24:00: Gala Dinner: "A Night of Pride in Thai Identity"

  • A night of Thai Silk and the 8 styles of Thai Royal Dress in remembrance of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother.

Sunday, September 13, 2026
Dress Code: Casual/Personal Style

• 10:00: Sightseeing Day 

• Meet at 10:00 AM. Ms. Chollada Holzmann will personally guide the group through Vienna’s landmarks, including Schönbrunn Palace, Hofburg Palace, the Winter Palace, and various museums.

  • Note: Travel will be via public transport/walking. Entry fees are to be paid individually at the venues.

• Afternoon: Delegates depart for their home countries at their convenience.
